Job Description

A well-established financial services organization supporting community financial institutions is expanding its Mortgage Servicing team!

This role is a mix of outbound borrower communication, documentation, and early-stage loss mitigation support-ideal for someone with mortgage collections or servicing experience who enjoys problem-solving and clear processes.

What You'll Work On

  • Making outbound resolution calls related to early-stage mortgage delinquencies
  • Sending required notices and loss mitigation documentation
  • Determining initial loss mitigation eligibility and next steps
  • Maintaining compliance with consumer protection laws and investor guidelines
  • Partnering with internal teams, investors, and vendors

Senior-level candidates may also assist with:

  • Training and mentoring team members
  • Investor and MI reporting
  • Coordinating modifications, foreclosures, and other resolution activities

What We're Looking For

  • 1-2 years of mortgage collections or servicing experience (3+ years for senior consideration)
  • Knowledge of first-mortgage lending and compliance standards
  • Familiarity with servicing tools and investor guidelines (AllRegs a plus)
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail

The Details

  • Pay: $21.00-$25.27/hour (based on experience)
  • Location: New Brighton
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
